What we collect

Email and company, from the questionnaire and the rate card form.
Name, email, company, and the shipping-data file, if you use the upload form.
Chat messages, and a name and email if you give them in chat.
The page you visited.
Basic server logs from Cloudflare, the network we run on.

No analytics cookies, no ad pixels. One browser-storage key keeps your chat conversation open.

How we use it

To send you an estimate card or exact rates, to answer you in chat, and to onboard you if you sign up.

Your shipping data

We use it only to build your rate model. We never share it with carriers, never sell it, and never show it to any other client.

Who processes it

Tally (forms), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and our database), Telegram (chat delivery to our team), and Google Workspace/Gmail (our mailbox).

How long we keep it

We delete rate-model files on request, and otherwise within 12 months. Chat transcripts are kept for support.

Your choices

Email piggyshipmarketing@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We reply within 10 business days.
